You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own well-being, choices, and results. The Company makes no guarantees regarding outcomes or results from coaching services.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By purchasing or enrolling, you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. Payments & No Refund Policy
All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase, unless otherwise stated in writing.
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for coaching sessions, courses, programs, or digital products, under any circumstances.
If a payment plan is offered and chosen, you are responsible for completing all payments regardless of participation or results.
5. Scheduling & Cancellations
For one-on-one coaching sessions, at least [24/48] hours’ notice is required to reschedule. Missed sessions without sufficient notice will be forfeited.
Group programs and courses follow a fixed schedule; missed sessions are not eligible for rescheduling or replacement.
